The 7th Jam Musicfest 2011 presents "The Dawn:Silver" is presented by Jam 88.3 a yearly event for the listeners. This time they celebrate "The Silver" anniversary or the 25th year of The Dawn,wow..! quite long right?! kaya sino ba ang hinde makakakilala sa kanila? some of the songs na pinasikat nila ay yung "Salamat" at yung theme song ng mga mag kakaibigan,"Isang bangka" this is very popular during the 80's this also become one of the commercial jingle for a San Miguel Beer. The event was very successful every one enjoyed it very much,lahat nakisayaw nakikanta at nakisigaw.There's some surprise performances from Jett's son who played guitar on their song "Tulad ng dati", and before the show ends their former bassist Carlos Balcells jammed with them,play some of their songs.The crowd love it as they scream for more.. di naman sila binigo ng The dawn,they played another 3 songs more including "Magtanim ay di biro". Other performers are Gen. Luna,River Maya, Imago,Ebe Dancel, Nyoy Bolante,6 Cycle Mind, Sandwich and Lahi(Jett Pangan's brother is the front man of this band). Here are some photos during the event.
